Michaelis-Menten Kinetics
Calculate the initial velocity ($v_0$) of an enzymatic reaction.
0.00 µM/min
Enzyme Kinetics Model
The Michaelis-Menten model describes the rate of enzymatic reactions by relating reaction rate to substrate concentration. The $K_m$ value represents the substrate concentration at which the reaction rate is half of $V_{max}$. This tool assumes a steady-state approximation.
Formula used: v₀ = (Vmax * [S]) / (Km + [S])
